Refund policy

Morales Table Linen Co. is operated by MORALES PINNACLEEDGE OMK LLC. Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging. Contact support@moralespinnacleedge.com before sending any return.

Table-Linen Specific Returns

  • Unwashed, unused, and undamaged linens may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
  • Linens that have been washed, used on a table, stained (food, wine, candle wax), cut, or hemmed are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • Single-use plastic table covers are non-returnable once the seal is broken.
  • For damaged-in-transit linens, email a photo of the packaging and product to support@moralespinnacleedge.com within 7 days of delivery — we will send a replacement or full refund.
